Roshan Kurichiyanil
Roshan Kurichiyanil aka ROSH is an award winning children’s book illustrator and comic book artist from Kerala, India. He has handled various roles in the comic book industry as an art director, illustrator and colourist. ROSH has worked with major comic publishers like Dynamite Entertainment, Vault Comics and Aftershock Comics as a colourist, on titles like James Bond, The Six Million Dollar Man, Red Atlantis and GiGa. He is currently working with Darkhorse on Stranger Things. latest work includes Skull and Bones published by Dark Horse in collaboration with Ubisoft, a kickstarter project with Jeff Parker and Drew Moss titled Blighter and a comic book by the music band Les Friction, under the same title.
In his role as an illustrator, Rosh has illustrated short comics for Razor Blades, an anthology created by James Tynion and published by Image Comics. He has also worked as one of the illustrators on Black Mumba created by Ram V. He has worked on multiple children's books, one of which has earned him the prestigious Kerala State Award for the best Children's book illustrator for the year 2020. He is currently working as the Art director for an indian comic book series - Taara of the Stars, being published by Hachette India.
ROSH also runs Lilorosh, a brand he co-founded with his wife, Lilia, where they make stationery and sustainable utilitarian bags for artists and art enthusiasts.
